By using the PhonetiSync Extension or Web Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. User-Contributed Lyrics & Licensing

When submitting plain text lyrics via the extension's untimed pasting form, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You hold the right to share the content or possess a license to do so.
• You grant PhonetiSync a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and generate phonetic spelling approximations for educational, non-commercial purposes.

3. Copyright DMCA Takedowns

PhonetiSync respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any user contribution violates your copyright, you may submit a report using the report interface inside the extension or email copyright@phonetisync.com. Verified infringing lyrics text will be removed within 24 hours.
